Chief Secretary inaugurates ANIIDCO's first Mobile Milk Parlour in Isles

The Milk Division of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited (ANIIDCO) has introduced the first-ever Mobile Milk Parlour in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
The Mobile Milk Parlour was inaugurated today by Dr. Chandra Bhushan Kumar, IAS, Chief Secretary, A&N Administration and Chairman of ANIIDCO, in the presence of Ms. Chanchal Yadav, IAS, Managing Director, Smti. Pallavi Sarkar, IAS, Executive Director (Milk Plant), Shri Abhishek Gulia, General Manager (Milk Plant), Shri Rajendra Kumar, Senior Manager (Milk Plant), staff of ANIIDCO and officials of the A&N Administration.
This initiative reflects ANIIDCO's commitment towards promoting nutritional security among the residents of the Islands through the supply of affordable and quality dairy products. The Mobile Milk Parlour is an outcome of the continuous efforts of ANIIDCO's Milk Division to provide convenient access to milk and milk products to the general public.
At present, the Mobile Milk Parlour offers Cow Milk, Toned Milk, Double Toned Milk, Sweet Lassi, Flavoured Yogurt, Flavoured Milk, Paneer, Curd, and Buttermilk. Further, the Milk Division plans to introduce Softy Ice Cream and Milk Carts in the near future.
Through this initiative, ANIIDCO aims to ensure convenience, taste, and health benefits for consumers while also strengthening the market demand for locally produced milk and milk products, a press release from ANIIDCO said.
